This drawing looks at the building from the south as if looking up the hill. The triangular looking figure in the middle represents the outdoor swimming pool area. The left hand portion of the drawing will be office space and the right hand portion will be condo units. The grey structure on top of the condo units will be the "penthouse" portion of the south wing.
In this northwest elevation sketch, imagine looking from the Interstate side of the building. The left hand portion of the drawing will be condos and the right hand portion will be office space. Again with the grey structure on top of the condos representing the "penthouse" units.
The northeast elevation drawing is essentially on the oposite side of the northwest sketch. The right hand portion represents condos with garage space in front, the middle glass portion represents office space with doors into the offices on either side, and the far left is an end view of the southern wing.
This is the most recent rendering, a view from the parking lot of office space that will be added to existing structure. Also notice a revised color scheme that will be used throughout on the exterior renovations and additions.
